FAQ
Why are beats & mixing priced as they are?
Our pricing reflects the quality, expertise, and attention to detail behind every beat and service we offer. Each production is built from the ground up with a focus on professional sound, strong musical composition, and commercial viability—not mass-produced templates.
Beyond the music itself, pricing accounts for years of skill development, professional tools, studio costs, customer support, licensing management, and the time invested into helping artists create records they're proud to release.
We believe great music is an investment. Our goal is to provide artists with high-quality production and dependable service that delivers real value while remaining accessible to independent creators.
How do I order custom beats & mixing?
Ordering custom beats/projects
- Complete the project submission form with your contact information and project details.
- Once your submission is received, your project will be reviewed within 24 hours. You will then receive a quote, estimated turnaround time, and payment instructions before work begins.
The more detailed your submission is, the better we can create a production that matches your vision.
Ordering mixing & mastering
- Complete the project submission form
- Once your submission is received, your project will be reviewed within 24 hours. You will then receive a quote, estimated turnaround time, and payment instructions.
Please ensure all files are properly labeled and exported without clipping or distortion whenever possible.
When will I get my order?
Delivery times depend on the complexity of the project, current booking volume, and revision requests. Most mixing projects are delivered within 1–5 business days, while custom production services are generally completed within 3–14 business days.
Quality is our priority, and every project receives the time and attention necessary to meet professional standards. Once your order is accepted, you'll be provided with an estimated delivery timeline and progress updates when applicable.
Need your project sooner? Rush delivery options may be available for select services. Please contact us before ordering to discuss availability and deadlines.
Are purchases made final?
Yes. Due to the digital nature of our products and services, all sales are considered final once a purchase has been completed and files, licenses, or services have been delivered.
Because digital products cannot be returned, copied, or revoked after delivery, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for beat licenses, digital downloads, custom work, mixing, mastering, or other services.
If you experience any issues receiving your files or believe there was an error with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Where are these beats & services made?
Our productions and services are professionally crafted from our studio in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Although we're headquartered in the Midwest, we collaborate with artists throughout the United States, delivering industry-quality production and audio services remotely.
From beat licensing and custom production to mixing and mastering, our streamlined online process allows artists anywhere in the country to access professional music services without sacrificing quality, communication, or turnaround times.
No matter where you're located, our goal is to provide the sound, support, and reliability needed to help bring your records to the next level.
